Chinese Company to Open One of World’s Biggest Lithium Mines in DRC

China’s Zijin Mining Group will reportedly open one of the world’s largest lithium mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo this year.

The company reportedly plans to commission its Manono lithium project in the Southeast DRC in June. It is unclear how long it would take to reach full production.
