China Plans Supply Chain Expo As ‘Derisking’ Scambles Firms’ Investment, Manufacturing Plans

China will hold a supply chain-focused expo in November, aimed at protecting its unique status as the world’s workshop. The China International Supply Chain Expo will feature more than 300 international exhibitors, including companies from the United States.

The five-day event aims to “help Chinese firms participate more deeply in the global industrial division of labor” as China faces increased sanctions from the U.S.
