China’s newly arrived envoy to Kinshasa, Zhao Bin, presented his credentials to DR Congo President Félix Tshisekedi at the Palais de la Nation late last week. 

Zhao is a veteran diplomat with an extensive background in European affairs, but he has no experience in Africa.
