China’s New Ambassador to DR Congo Presents Credentials to Tshisekedi

China’s newly arrived envoy to Kinshasa, Zhao Bin, presented his credentials to DR Congo President Félix Tshisekedi at the Palais de la Nation late last week. 

Zhao is a veteran diplomat with an extensive background in European affairs, but he has no experience in Africa.
