Vietnam Expected to Announce Landmark Decision to Join China’s “Common Destiny” Agenda During Xi Visit to Hanoi

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet kicked off what is going to be a very busy week in Vietnamese diplomacy when he began a two-day visit to Hanoi on Monday that will overlap with the arrival of Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday.

It’s probably not a coincidence that both Hun Manet and Xi will be in Hanoi at the same time.
