Thailand, Cambodia Set Ceasefire Talks for Dec. 24; China Says It’s Mediating

Thailand and Cambodia will hold ceasefire talks on Wednesday, Dec. 24 under an existing joint border framework, following an ASEAN special foreign ministers’ meeting in Kuala Lumpur.

In a chair’s statement, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations said ministers “welcomed the discussions on resumption of the ceasefire and cessation of hostilities.”
