Thailand’s fruit exports soared to $6.51 billion in 2024, with the overwhelming majority, 97.4%, heading straight to China, according to the Trade Policy and Strategy Office TPSO.

Fruit was the most valuable agricultural export last year, with durian, longan, mangosteen, young coconut, and mango driving exports past the five-year average of $5.86 billion, accounting for 22.6% of all agricultural exports.
