Vietnam on Monday announced a temporary anti-dumping duty on hot-rolled coil (HRC) steel imports from China.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade announced tariffs ranging from 19.38% to 27.83%, citing the need to protect its domestic steel industry from unfair competition. The duties take effect 15 days after issuance and will remain in place for 120 days.
