Two Ghanaian Prison Guards Arrested for Aiding Escape Attempt of Chinese National

A pair of Ghanaian prison guards at a medium security facility near Accra have been arrested for trying to facilitate the escape of a Chinese national serving a one-year jail sentence.

The two were caught on camera dropping off the prisoner at a nearby hotel, where he met his wife and then fled while the guards waited in the lobby.
