China-Africa Trade via Hunan Province is Booming

Customs authorities in Changsha, the capital of China’s southern Hunan province, reported $2.6 billion in two-way trade between the city and African countries in the first three quarters of the year.

These robust trade figures for the city helps explain how trade between Africa and Hunan province is up 45% this year compared to the same period in 2021.
