Han Zheng Heads to South Africa for High-Level Bilateral Talks

Chinese Vice President Han Zheng is in South Africa this week to co-chair the ninth South Africa-China Bi-National Commission with Deputy President Paul Mashatile in Cape Town, part of a three-country African tour that also includes Kenya and Seychelles.

South Africa’s government says the meeting will focus on advancing the two countries’ “All-Round Strategic Cooperative Partnership” and broader economic, diplomatic, and sectoral ties.
