Philippine Coast Guard Slams ‘Dangerous’ China Helicopter Manoeuvres

The Philippine Coast Guard condemned “dangerous” maneuvers by a Chinese Navy helicopter on Tuesday that it said flew within three meters of a surveillance flight carrying a group of journalists over the contested Scarborough Shoal.
