Investigation Identifies Security Lapses in Pakistan Terror Attack

An investigation into the attack that killed five Chinese nationals last month found serious lapses in security and a failure to adhere to standard security protocols.

A three-member committee of the Pakistani government reported that the vehicle carrying the Chinese nationals was not bomb- or bulletproof, which is required under standard operating procedures (SOPs).
