Pakistan PM Tries to Reassure Chinese Workers They’ll be Safe, Promises ‘Fool-Proof’ Security Following Attack

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif sought to reassure colleagues of five Chinese nationals killed last week in a terrorist attack that they will be safe working in the country.

The Prime Minister traveled to the northwestern city of Dasu on Monday to personally address workers at the China Gezhouba Group Company building a hydroelectric plant there. Sharif told the workers he “will not rest until we put in place the best possible security measures for your security.
