Israel’s Ambassador to China Says Ties Remain Stable Despite Differences Over Beijing’s Response to the War

There’s been palpable disappointment in Israel over China’s delayed reaction to the October 7th attack by Hamas and  Beijing’s refusal to label the Islamic militant group a terrorist organization.

Those differences aside, however, relations between the two countries remain stable, according to Irit Ben-Abba Vitale, Israel’s ambassador to China, who spoke with the U.S. state-run news agency VOA:
