A Rare China-Africa News Interview on Mainstream U.S. Media

Grant Harris, the CEO of Connect Frontier, appeared on CBS's online news channel to discuss China-Africa relations.

It’s downright rare that a mainstream U.S. media outlet like CBS covers China-Africa related issues, especially in the run-up to a presidential election. Yesterday, though, the network ran an interview with Grant Harris, CEO of the political risk advisory firm Connect Frontier, who served as a special assistant on African affairs to President Barack Obama.

It appears that CBS was interested in getting some perspective on China-Africa relations following last Friday’s U.S.-Africa investment forum organized by The Atlantic Council and the Development Finance Corporation.
