The former Liberian public works minister and now a senior policy fellow at the Center for Global Development in Washington, D.C. shared his frustration on Monday after former U.S. ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, laid out the “debt trap” narrative in its most basic form in response to a recent Wall Street Journal article.
