Indonesia is setting its sights on becoming a global benchmark for electric vehicle (EV) battery material processing, aiming to align its production methods with the highest international standards.

Speaking at the World Economic Forum (WEF) last Tuesday, Anindya Bakrie, Chairperson of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), underscored the country’s ambition to play a key role in the global EV supply chain.
