Thiago P B Bessimo is the co-founder and Institutional Director of Observa China 观中国. He is currently based in Berlin, Germany, pursuing a PhD at the Hertie School. Thiago also has an MSc in Administration from FGV-EBAPE, an MA in China Studies from the Yenching Academy of Peking University and a BA in International Relations from La Salle University, Rio de Janeiro.
