I am obsessed with making things happen. I am a brand builder, an aggressive project manager and a passionate network architect. After 6 years in China cross-pollinating between design, agency, fintech, and corporate tech, I recently moved to Kenya to pursue my vision of building China-Africa tech ecosystems. I am Head of Marketing at BitPesa, a digital foreign exchange and payment platform for frontier markets.
I'm deeply passionate about women's spiritual and professional empowerment. Currently, I am the executive director for Phoenix Risen, a platform to help combat sexual assault globally and a WeDu Mentor. Previously, I founded the League of Extraordinary Women, a cross cultural women's networking group, and Buzz & Bloom, a WeChat platform to teach college age Chinese women about sex education.
I am the 2016 Curator for the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Shanghai II Hub.
(www.shanghaishapers.com) I was also elected to sit on the GSC Advisory Council for Hub Engagement.
I believe that curiosity in large doses is the most important trait anyone can have. With curiosity comes passion, resourcefulness, and bravery. With curiosity comes innovation.
