Rubio to Meet China’s Wang on Sidelines of ASEAN Talks

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will meet his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on Friday on the sidelines of an ASEAN foreign ministers’ meet in Malaysia, the State Department said.
