The foreign ministers from China and Argentina met briefly on Saturday on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference for what seemed like a very ordinary bilateral gathering.

Other than a pro forma read-out on Xinhua, neither the Chinese nor Argentinian press covered the meeting and nothing substantive seemed to have emerged from the discussion.
