Zambia’s Amazing Come From Behind Draw Against China at the Olympics

If you didn’t catch last week’s Zambia-China women’s soccer face-off at the Olympics in Tokyo then you missed what will no doubt go down as one of the greatest matches of the games.

Going into the match, China was expected to easily overpower the Copper Queens and the game largely played out according to this script deep into the second half. Then the Chinese Super League Gold Boot recipient and all-around Zambian football great Barbara Banda just unloaded on the Chinese squad, pulling her team to a 4-4 draw with an impressive three goals.
