Ghana’s ambassador to China, Edward Boateng, recently visited the southwestern Chinese industrial megacity Chongqing where he gave an interview with a local media outlet and discussed which aspects of the city’s development history he thinks could be applied to Ghana.
The video is moderately interesting, particularly to see how African diplomats like Ambassador Boateng are increasingly getting out of Beijing to form relationships with the country’s industrial and tech hubs like Shenzhen, Changsha and, of course, Chongqing.
